About Addie
Addie’s story almost doesn’t sound real. She was found injured and alone on the street, her front leg badly damaged, and everyone thought she’d already been spayed because of her ear tip. Turns out, Addie was carrying five kittens—right as she underwent a life-saving amputation. Days after surgery, she delivered those healthy kittens, cementing her status as one tough survivor. Addie is just 11 months old, still young but wiser than her years. She’s a little reserved at first meeting, which makes sense after what she’s been through. With a little patience, though, Addie reveals her soft side: loving gentle pets, curling up for naps, and relishing quiet, mindful moments with her person. If you want a companion with true grit who quietly blossoms into a devoted, affectionate friend, Addie doesn’t disappoint. She will thrive in a patient, understanding home ready to appreciate her resilience and gentle spirit. Addie is in Homestead, FL and must be adopted in person. Your new best friend is just one click away.
