Charles Marcus is a happy and goofy young boy working on his confidence. He loves playing with other dogs (big or small) to burn off some puppy-like energy, but also loves to cuddle up and take a nap when things slow down. He would do best with a family that has a fenced in yard and at least one other dog to play with and help him feel comfortable as he is still unsure of new people and situations. He has come a long way and is getting more and more comfortable every day with his foster family. He weighs around 20lbs, house trained, with leash manners. He does well in his crate overnight and while home alone. He is also good with cats and would likely do well with kids after warming up.
