Romeow is a sweetheart who always comes over for pets and affection whenever someone's in the room. His foster home has started leaving his door open with only a gate separating him from the dogs. If the dogs get too playful, he’ll let out a warning hiss but doesn’t escalate things, and when they are calm he’ll either observe from a distance or settle under the bed. Romeow recently met the resident cat, Boots, and handled things with calm and cautious curiosity—no hissing or aggression, just a bit of hiding, and they’ve even shared space under the bed without issue. Short, positive interactions with Boots suggest Romeow can do well with other cats. He’s house trained, neutered, and current on all vaccinations. Romeow is ready for a household where he can get the affection he enjoys, and where he can continue to feel safe and secure among calm, respectful animals and people.
