About me- I am sassy and yes, that's a euphemism for bossy, opinionated, and high strung. The good: I am beautiful, and crave all the attention. I will head butt you to pet me and purr loudly. I love to be near you and just snooze. I like to sit on your lap. The not so good: I am one of those cats that gets overstimulated and bites or swats. Not hard but nonetheless less a lot of folks will stop reading here. Still reading ? I was surrendered to a high kill shelter by my former owner. All indications were that I was not treated kindly. I had severe pillow paws, an immune disorder. This usually starts as an allergy that gets out of control. Mine was so severe I needed surgery. I'm doing well after surgery. Currently, I'm on one pill of an inexpensive medication per day. I easily take this ground up in some baby food. I am also on a prescription diet for allergies. I tested positive for FIV - a feline virus spread through deep bit wounds. It's difficult to spread to other cats and most cats with FIV live a normal life span. As a true diva, I do not like to share the spotlight. Not a fan of dogs or other cats. I have come to coexist in my foster home but my preference would be to an only pet. My foster mom thinks a lot of my issues have to do with me not liking the dogs. I might not be so defensive if I didn't have to worry about that. So, enough about me. What about you?
