Beef is a very sweet, affectionate, and chatty boy. He was found crying in the middle of the road, skin and bone and didn’t want to move. He’s doing very well and gets stronger every day. He is partially blind and needs a water fountain to find his water. So far, he hasn’t explored to go up stairs. He is about 2-3 years old, neutered, and vaccinated.
