About Koby
Koby is an affectionate, playful companion who’s been in foster care since he was born with his mom and siblings. He briefly found a home, but timing didn’t work out for his previous adopter, so he’s back in search of a real forever family. Koby is potty trained, eager for fetch sessions with his frisbee, and seems equally happy romping with kids or curling up with other dogs. He’s reportedly done well with cats in the past but may need a refresher if there are felines in your home. He doesn’t jump up on furniture or bolt for the door—he’s responsive, knows most basic commands, and is surprisingly calm inside. Koby loves car rides and brings out his puppy side when offered a bit of ice. Grooming sessions are no problem, and his fur is especially soft. True to his nickname, he’s a Velcro dog, always nearby and happiest with people and dogs around. He thrives best in a home with other dogs and folks who aren’t gone long periods—being left alone scares him. If you want a gentle, loyal presence and have time to be a real companion, Koby could be your match. Born August 9, Koby is a Leo—a sign known for a big heart and loyalty.
