Julien
AvailableJulien is a male Pit Bull Terrier with a white and fawn coat living in Spring Hill, KS. At about 5 years and 2 months old, he is neutered and vaccinated. About Julien
Julien came into rescue as a young and frightened pup who had run out of chances in a crowded shelter. That anxiety still lingers, but around other dogs, he lights upāyouāll see just how much he enjoys canine company. Julien is a smaller, medium-sized boy with a gentle streak. Meeting new people makes him uneasy, but given time, treats, and patience, he shifts from nervous to sweetly silly and affectionate. For people willing to visit with him a few times and let him gradually build trust, heāll be the dog that sneaks in for snuggles when the room quiets down. Heāll need a home that wonāt overwhelm him with visitors, or one that can help him stay calm when guests come by. A second resident dog is essential; he finds both comfort and joy in having a canine friend. Julien is very much a staff favoriteātimid but endlessly lovable, and waiting for someone to understand his pace. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
