About Ava
Click apply to start the adoption process. Ava is a stunning young Doberman Pinscher with sleek black fur, nicely cropped ears, and a docked tail. She came into rescue along with a 3-year-old male Doberman, both having to find a new home due to their previous owner's health concerns. Ava is naturally shy and still adjusting to her new environment, slowly starting to warm up after a couple of months in care. Because she likely missed out on proper socialization, her new family will need to be patient as she builds trust and confidence. Despite her initial reserve, Ava has never shown aggression and demonstrates she can happily live alongside a large, sociable male dog. She is currently housebroken and crate trained, ready to continue learning with supportive adopters. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
