About Pop Tart
Pop Tart is a mix of Labrador Retriever and Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and she's more than ready to swap out kennel life for a soft couch and a household where she can shine. She’s been waiting a long time—over 500 days—for a second chance after finding herself back at the shelter due to breed bias. In a home, she's house and crate trained, enjoys car rides, and really comes alive for walks and swim sessions, whether that's the beach or a backyard pool. Pop Tart knows her basic commands, handles a leash well, and makes a loyal travel sidekick. She has a playful streak and loves toys, but her absolute favorite activity is curling up for a cuddle. Yard time is pure joy for her (fair warning, she likes to dig a little). With other dogs, she's selective but does well with careful, slow introductions. Kids are no problem—she's great with them. Fostering Pop Tart comes with supplies included, but a permanent home is truly what she’s after. Every day spent in shelter is a day she could be brightening yours. Start your journey together!
