Jasper is a medium-sized, mixed-breed dog (Doberman Pinscher and German Shepherd Dog), currently seeking a new home after several years spent at the shelter. Born to his mom Kelly at the Clayton County Humane Society, he's been fully vetted, microchipped, neutered, and kept up to date on all vaccinations. Jasper has had the experience of a home once, but after being returned, he's been living shelter life ever since.
