Leroy
AvailableLeroy is a neutered adult male Black and Tan Coonhound/Hound mix, described as medium-sized and currently in Mountain View, AR. Although he is underweight, he has a healthy appetite. About Leroy
Leroy started out with too many siblings and not enough space or attention, living in a crowded pen where he didnโt get a chance to get used to people. Despite that, heโs warm-hearted and genuinely craves a loving touchโhe soaks up any affection offered his way. Right now, Leroy is a bit thin but eating well, showing plenty of promise to fill out with good care. While heโs on the shy side at first, he grows more comfortable as he gets to know people, so heโll need someone patient who can let him open up at his own pace. He isnโt house trained, but the rescue offers free online obedience training for adopters, which is a solid resource for those wanting to help him settle in. Leroy gets along with dogs and children, making him a strong match for a home willing to invest the time and care he missed out on early in life. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
