Shelby is a doll despite a hard life. She was probably dumped as she just showed up to a nice family's house. They had no fencing and they did not care if she wandered so she didn't stay. We intervened when she continued to roam. We are getting her healthy despite neglect. She was so matted we had to cut her coat with scissors and we're not experts so she looks like a 6 yr old gave her a haircut. It just makes her even more adorable. She is so sweet and gentle and never met a stranger. This girl is a jewel in the rough. Can you make her shine ? She will reward you with more love and loyalty than you can imagine..
