Gnome is a sensitive and playful young Boxer looking for a committed forever home. At about 9 months old, she’s still embracing all the quirks of puppyhood, which means she brings plenty of energy and curiosity. Gnome can be anxious around new people, but patience and understanding go a long way—once she feels comfortable, she loves belly rubs and backyard play sessions. She enjoys tug toys, digs enthusiastically in the yard, and sometimes gives in to that puppy urge to chew on anything she can find, slippers included. Gnome is housebroken and is picking up basic commands, though she’s still getting used to leash walks and is quick to get distracted outside. She does well with other dogs and has had positive experiences with cats, making her a good candidate for a multi-pet home. Gnome shares a close bond with her sibling Patti, and while adopting the pair together would be ideal, it isn’t a requirement.
