About Baylee

Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Baylee, a 7-year-old German Shepherd bursting with love and personality! Weighing in at a solid 90 pounds, she’s got a heart as big as her frame and is ready to share it with a devoted human companion. Rescued from a shelter about five years ago, Baylee has truly blossomed, learning the joys of patience, love, and—her favorite—playtime with you, especially fetch! Baylee is both bathroom and leash trained, though she may occasionally show a little sass during walks. She’s working on some leash and food aggression, so she will thrive best with an experienced, patient adopter willing to nurture her further. Baylee has lived with other dogs before, including an older male shepherd mix and an energetic Pomeranian. However, she really shines as the only dog in the home, where her affectionate and protective side can take center stage. She hasn't had the chance to meet kids or cats yet, so their compatibility is still a mystery. In terms of health, Baylee has almost fully recovered from anal fistulas and sometimes gets skin infections, but with attentive care, she enjoys a happy, active life. She thrives on brain games and food puzzles, and if you invest your time and attention, you'll discover the happiest pup imaginable! If you're searching for a loyal companion to share adventures with, Baylee may be exactly the one you’ve been waiting for. Give her the chance to be the star in her forever home and she’ll return your love a hundredfold! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
