At six, he’s working through the hurts of his past, but shines when he’s outside, roaming a yard or watching the world pass by from a peaceful spot. He absolutely thrives with canine friends—other dogs bring out his playful side, and he’s happiest when he has a buddy around. Indoors, Bubba prefers his comfortable kennel, sleeping soundly at night and tackling each day as a new beginning. Although life still makes him flinch at sudden sounds or quick movements, there’s an undeniable sweetness and soft humor in him.
