About Fleetwood

Fleetwood is a small terrier mix with striking ice blue eyes and a snowy white coat. She was brought up from Mexico after being found as a stray, and spent the last two years stabilizing her health in a loving foster home. Fleetwood has an autoimmune condition called Immune Mediated Thrombocytopenia (IMTP). Her health is managed with medication (Atopica) twice daily and will require lifelong prescriptions, totaling about $250 each month. Even with this challenge, Fleetwood stays upbeat, friendly, and playful. She enjoys spending time with gentle dogs of similar size and truly thrives around people. Unfortunately, Fleetwood is not suited for homes with cats. Now medically stable, she's ready to find a permanent home that will continue her care and give her the daily companionship she loves.
