DOB: 01/01/2020 Weight: 20lbs Adoption Fee: $350 Fleetwood, the beautiful terrier with ice blue eyes, came to us two years ago after being found as a stray in Mexico. She was right on the cusp of being adopted, when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Immune Mediated Thrombocytopenia (IMTP). Her condition is being managed with medication that she takes twice a day. The monthly cost of the prescription (Atopica) is approximately $250 per month and will need to be continued for life. Despite her condition, she's a happy, friendly girl that enjoys playing with other dogs her size that are not too over-bearing and really loves hanging out with her people. Fleetwood would not be a good fit for a home with cats. Fleetwood has been in a long-term foster home receiving the care she needs and now that she's stabilized she's ready for a family of her own.
