Hi! My name is ONYX! I am an extremely handsome 7+ yr old, 80lb smooth coat Border Collie. I was surrendered because my people didn't have time for me and I've been at the rescue for most of my life. I know Sit, Down, Wait & Quiet and have polite leash manners. I am house and crate trained. I get along with confident medium to large female dogs as playmates but I do tend to guard my food so a separate dining area for me may be best. As I can be true to my 'herding' breed instincts, I would do best in a home without small children or cats. I love to carry on a conversation while holding my favorite toy which is usually a tennis ball. I'm also wonderful dancer, I wag & weave to a fun loving tune. My other absolute favorite game is bubbles, I will fetch them all day long. I need a Foster or Furever home with a fenced yard and experience with herding breeds.
