Meet Nisa! Nisa is a sweet, gentle girl around 11 months to 1 year old, and she gets more confident every single day. She started out shy, but her loving personality is shining through more and more as she learns that the world isn’t so scary. Nisa is currently in a foster home and having an absolute blast with her foster sister (Sallie Jo—also adoptable!) and the other dogs in the home. She loves to play, snuggle, and soak up attention. She’s also very food motivated, which makes her a fun and easy candidate for learning new tricks. She makes the perfect companion for snuggles on the couch, movie nights, hikes, car rides, or really anything you love to do. She just wants to be near her people. Nisa can still be a bit shy with new humans, but she’s blossomed so much and continues to gain confidence every day. Because she learns so well from other dogs, she will need another dog in the home to help her continue building that confidence and feel secure.
