We’re pleased to announce that Kitty Cottage Sanctuary has received the 2025 KIA Pet Adoption Grant , allowing us to offer a reduced adoption fee of just $100 for all cats 1 year and older . Phantom came from fending for himself living outside with little to no human contact to loving loving people and being pet. He loves attention. He has become to sweetest guy. We are completely astounded in his transformation. He's good with all other cats annd likes kids. He’s and a champ at using his litter box. He's neutered an up to date on immunizations.
