Midnight’s journey hasn’t been an easy one. She came to us from a local shelter after being rescued from a hoarding situation, and the experience left her scared and shut down. Since arriving at The Cottage, Midnight has slowly started to learn that she’s safe. She’s still building trust, but you can see her gentle spirit shining through more each day. What helps her most? Other cats. Midnight absolutely loves her kitty friends—especially her brother Bear—and finds comfort and confidence being around them. Because of this, Midnight would do best adopted with Bear or into a home with another friendly, social cat to help her continue to come out of her shell. With patience, love, and a feline companion by her side, Midnight has so much potential to blossom into a wonderful, loyal companion.
