About Merv
Merv is a handsome two-year-old hound mix with a short, soft black and tan coat. He weighs about 57 pounds and has an easygoing, affectionate personality. Merv greets everyone with enthusiasm—he used to happily say hello to anyone who'd stop when he was out on his own. Now, he’s grateful for a warm bed and is quick to curl up for snuggles, especially after a good walk or play session. He truly shines around other dogs, making him a great fit for multi-pet homes. Activity and play are right up his alley, especially if it involves a ball, but once inside he settles down and is happy for quiet time in his crate with a chew toy. Merv is both house and crate trained, and he’s neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He’s looking for an active, loving family that will enjoy his social nature and give him the love he’s been missing. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
