About Frida Khalo
Meet Frida Khalo! Frida Khalo may not be quite as famous as her namesake, but she holds her own as a unique, lively Labrador Retriever mix. At about 18 months old, Frida is at the perfect age to fill her new family's days with energy and affection. She thrives in social settings and easily fits into the pack—currently living peacefully with 13 other dogs in her foster home. She handles herself well around respectful children and would be a solid fit in a home that includes kids. Frida adores swimming, especially in the lake, and will jump at any chance for adventure, whether it's a walk, a ride with her people, or some playtime with her ever-growing toy collection. She's sharp, well-behaved on leash, and house trained. While the crate is unfamiliar territory, she's proven trustworthy loose in the house. Frida has been spayed, is up to date on her vaccines, and comes microchipped and healthy. She hasn’t had experience with cats, so a home without them is probably best. If you’re dreaming of an active, loyal companion, Frida’s ready to meet you. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
