About Sora
Sora is a striking, short-coated two-year-old pittie mix with a resilient spirit. She arrived severely ill, struggling with neurological issues that left her barely able to stand or eat. Thanks to dedicated care, Sora can now walk and enjoys healthy meals, though her signature wobble will always be with her. She soaks up attention as the office dog, chirping with delight when volunteers dote on her. Because of her needs, Sora’s behaviors may be misunderstood at first, but with patience and understanding, her sweet and quirky nature shines through. Sora will thrive in a home where someone is around most of the day. She benefits from a fenced yard for frequent potty breaks and would do best as the only pet, basking in all the affection she craves. Her new family should be ready to embrace her training journey and help her continue to progress. Sora is looking for experienced adopters and a quieter household with older children or adults. If you’re drawn to a one-of-a-kind dog who’s eager for connection and ready to offer loyalty in return, Sora’s ready to meet you by appointment with an approved application. Your new best friend is just one click away.
