Initially adopted by someone who had big dreams but lacked the perfect circumstances, Kirby soon became a little wanderer, roaming the neighborhood solo because her temporary guardian couldn’t have pets in his halfway house. Talk about a backyard adventure! 🏞️ At just 2 years old, Kirby has missed some of the puppy fun, but she certainly makes up for it with her boundless enthusiasm and love for life! 🎉 Despite what she’s been through, Kirby’s spirit shines bright and beautiful. After coming into our care, we took her to a neurologist who confirmed that she has short spine syndrome. But let me tell you—this doesn’t slow her down one bit! She runs with gusto, plays like a champ, and embodies the joy of a happy little puppy. 🐶✨ Soon, we’ll be scheduling an MRI/CT scan to make sure her adopters will have all the information they need for her continued care. It’s essential for Kirby’s new family to embrace her lively nature. She’s great with other dogs but can be a bit jumpy and excitable, so any resident fur buddy needs to be up for some fun or ready to provide the right guidance. 🐕💗 And guess what?
