About Pewter
Pewter is a gentle young adult cat looking for a calm, patient adopter who understands shy cats. He’s closely bonded with his brother Sabre, and they’d do best adopted together. Although he enjoys the company of other cats and is okay with dogs, Pewter prefers doing his own thing and often keeps a comfortable distance. Raised in foster care since he was three months old, he’s fully vetted and healthy, but still very reserved with new people and unfamiliar situations. His ideal home is quiet, stable, and full of understanding—he truly blossoms when given space and gentle encouragement. He’s sweet and affectionate with those he trusts, but takes time to warm up. He was once adopted out solo and returned when his shyness became overwhelming; having Sabre alongside really helps him feel secure. If you have room in your heart (and home) for Pewter and his brother, and patience to let him be himself, this gorgeous boy might just be your perfect match. They’re both neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and eager for their second chance. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
