"It's a Festivus for the rest of us!" Hello and TGIF! We are MAMA FESTIVUS AND THE SPECIAL EVENT BABIES! We are rolling out the red carpet, because you are officially invited to the event of the year! The special occasion is to meet us, of course! No grander of an event will you ever find with us around, because we are bringing glamour back! Now word around the shelter is that our mama is a bit touched. She had to get locked away for a spell because she went into a phase of life called "heat". We don't get it. She will go away again real soon to get "fixed" - again, we don't get it. It's okay, because we are 6 1/2 weeks old, and ready to go to our forever homes. Our mama won't let us drink from her milk bumps anymore anyway, so we've been on our own for about a week now. Oh, and we WILL be at the Adoption Event at True Rescue tomorrow, in case you didn't hear about it. The event will be at the new shelter location in Mt. Juliet (12110 Lebanon Rd) from 11am - 3pm. There will be SO many kitties here, you just don't want to miss it. Especially if you want a snuggly new pal in time for Christmas. We would love that too. Plus you can get some Christmas shopping in too - that's right Adopt AND Shop! Normally those words don't go together, but here they do! It will help to go ahead and get an application filled in ahead of time, you will need that to adopt any of us at the shelter. The link is below and you can get that first step going.
