Hi! Jonesy here! I was a transfer from Sister Kitten after Hurricane Helene decimated the Asheville, NC area. I had been hit by a car, and was scheduled to have my left rear leg amputated just as the storm hit and the veterinary clinic in Asheville lost power. While that storm was the saddest thing ever for so many, that twist of fate brought me to True Rescue, and their amazing vet determined that saving my leg was worth a try! And now here I am, fully recovered from surgery, on all 4 legs! I couldn't be more grateful! I've also been neutered, am negative for FeLV/FIV, and am up-to-date on vaccinations. My foster reports that I'm just the sweetest boy, and if anyone wants a true companion who loves to sleep and cuddle right in your lap, then I'm the one!
