About Kuno
Think you are the one? Submit an application! Kuno is a handsome Jindo who is ready for his forever family. This affectionate boy enjoys being rubbed on the head and is comfortable with gentle touch all over once he gets to know you, even rolling over for a good belly rub if he’s feeling relaxed. While he loves his stuffed animals in the yard, he’s shown no resource guarding with humans—he eats well and isn’t possessive over toys or food, although it’s best to continue feeding him separately from other pets as a precaution. Kuno is house trained and respectful in his living space, never destroying furniture or his kennel. He has mastered “sit,” especially when toys are involved, and is generally good about wearing his harness and leash. He’s come a long way with car rides, now hopping in and out without hesitation. Around strangers, especially those up for a walk or play, Kuno is friendly and receptive. While on walks, Kuno tends to ignore other dogs, but he has shown some fence fighting at his foster home. He has peacefully walked alongside other Jindos and doesn’t seem bothered in those situations. Due to a characteristically high prey drive for his breed, extra caution is recommended around cats or small animals. Kuno stands out as less standoffish than many Jindos and would make a loving companion to the right adopter. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
