About Ryder
Ryder spent time on the streets in Cedar Falls before finding safety with a foster home. He’s a grey striped tabby, clearly used to fending for himself—his first instinct is caution, but he purrs when held and enjoys a solid neck rub. Ryder takes a slow approach to new people and places, so he needs someone with the patience to let him settle in at his own pace. He’s two years old and has already proven he can get along with other cats. His foster reports that he’s neutered, fully vaccinated, and FeLV / FIV negative. Ryder is house trained and will be happiest as an indoor-only cat. If you’re after a quiet companion who rewards patience with a gentle side, Ryder could be the one to bring home.
