About Patty
Patty lives up to her title—those extraordinary ears aren’t an optical illusion, and her personality is even more striking. This long-legged explorer is around 2 years old, full of curiosity, and up for anything. Patty takes to hiking and new adventures with endless enthusiasm, pausing to soak in every scent and splash at the lake. She rides calmly in the car, preferring to gaze out the window rather than stay crated, and settles in easily when the journey’s over. Highly active and always happy, Patty is an ideal fit for someone with an active lifestyle—she can easily clock several miles and still have energy for more. But she knows how to enjoy downtime, too; she loves nothing more than a long, slow massage and quality time with her people. Patty is clever and eager to learn. She’s doing well with her training tools and benefits from continued structure and clear guidance. Though she gets along with other dogs in public, she’ll need to be the only pet in her home. She prefers having her humans’ attention all to herself. Patty does well with older kids (12+) and is always up to meet new people. She’s young, a bit excitable, and working on perfecting her manners, but brings warmth, brightness, and loyalty to her future family. She’s acclimated to shelter life but is ready for a home where she can keep growing, exploring, and relaxing by your side. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
