ELLA is such a pretty girl with the cutest happy tail wags & big smile! She is a very sweet & playful terrier/mix. She gets along great with kids & other dogs. Let’s find this little ray of sunshine a happy home! She so deserves one! When her previous family moved, they took her with them & left her brother Mulligan behind in the most horrific conditions, tied up outside in a pile of trash. Fortunately he was rescued & adopted by a very loving family. A rescue offered to take Ella too but the family said “no” at first. Instead they just continued to leave Ella outside on a chain tied to a trailer hitch on a truck with little to no attention. The family later gave Ella to the rescue too.
