Meet Scooby Boy, an adorable hound mix is about a year old as of July 2025 and weighs approximately 50 pounds. He has the best temperament is very laid back and is dog friendly. He was surrendered to us by an owner who just could not care for him any longer. This boy is just awesome. He loves to cuddle and absorbs affection like a sponge. He loves everyone he meets. Scooby is working hard on his basic commands such as sit, give paw and up/down. He is also working very hard on his house training. He is doing great with both! He is also working on crate training also. He does want to be with people more than anything! You see, he has a FOMO. So, Scooby howls when he wants your attention it seems. He is a hound, you know. But given some enrichment activities and toys to entertain himself, he plays quite well independently, and it cuts down on the howling. He is very sweet and just looking for his next very own furever home that will love him, care for him and maybe even show him some cool adventures!
