Meet Otter, a playful, silly 2-year-old mixed-breed dog who brings a jolt of energy wherever he goes. He thrives on romping in the yard with other dogs and sunbathing under the open sky. Otter is crate trained, house trained, and highly food motivated—he's eager to learn and willing to please. While he loves people, his jumping and bursts of excitement mean he’s best suited for families without small children. Otter doesn’t get along with cats, but he enjoys canine playmates.
