About Jocelyn

Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Meet Jocelyn! This lovely girl is in need of a foster or adopter who can provide her the peaceful home she deserves. Jocelyn is currently stressed due to being bullied by the other cats in her environment and will thrive as the only cat in the household. Her current foster is generous enough to provide food and litter for anyone willing to foster her. Jocelyn’s story is one of transformation and resilience. She was first discovered at a senior-citizen-managed colony and was originally intended to be returned outside after her spay, but her gentle and affectionate personality won everyone over. She was welcomed into foster care, where her health improved dramatically after parasite and flea treatments restored her beautiful short Torbie coat. With a known fish allergy, Jocelyn needs a home willing to respect her special dietary needs. She is estimated to be 2–3 years old, and her stunning green eyes, gentle nature, and loving heart stand out. Jocelyn loves lofty perches and quiet cuddles with her caregivers. Despite being bullied by other cats, she remains peaceful and steadfastly sweet, so an only-cat home is best. Large windows and tranquil surroundings are her dream. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and will be microchipped upon adoption. She gets along well with cat-friendly small dogs with proper introduction and is gentle with children. If you’re interested in fostering or adopting Jocelyn, a meet and greet can be arranged with an approved application. You can also visit her at Saturday adoptions at Petco Crossroads in Torrance on Oct. 12, from 12–3 pm. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
