Nancy
AvailableNancy is a female Australian cattle dog who is young and medium in size. She is completely house trained, spayed, and currently being cared for by Speak! Rescue and Sanctuary. Nancy is up to date on her vaccinations and, due to her difficulties with stairs, would do best in a step-free home. She has special needs, so a bit of extra consideration will help her thrive.
About Nancy
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Nancy is a charming young Australian cattle dog with a big heart who can't wait to cuddle on your lap all day long. Bursting with smarts and loads of personality, she's upbeat and playful in spurts, but also relishes those chill moments. Nancy is roughly 3 or 4 years old, completely house trained, and an absolute champ in her crate. She's a star at leash walking and already knows commands like “sit” and “kennel”—especially if treats are on the table! Friendly and social, Nancy enjoys the company of other dogs and is happiest with a playful, tolerant buddy who isn't fazed by her enthusiastic antics. She delights in chatting with her toys, keeping everyone entertained. Nancy will thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard and prefers adopters with herding dog experience. Since she has difficulty navigating stairs, a home with no steps is a must, and she'll do best with adults or older children (no kids under 10, please). Nancy is currently being fostered in the St. Louis area, where she's ready to meet her perfect match. Your new best friend is just one click away.
