About Bug
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Bug is now ready for adoption! This sweet boy is truly a special dog, with an unmistakable charm you can sense as soon as you meet him. When Bug arrived at the street department, he was underweight and covered in ticks, yet he calmly allowed his new friends to help him, proving just how gentle and trusting he is. He's extremely people-focused and eager to learn, with endless potential for training and bonding. Bug experienced a frightening complication following his neuter surgery, which meant several weeks of monitoring and crate rest. Throughout it all, his resilience shone through—always happy for love, attention, and the simple joys of companionship. He is both crate and potty trained, does well with other dogs (especially those who are calm), and is around four years old with a sturdy weight of 75-80 lbs. While he hasn't been tested with cats, Bug’s easy-going nature and dog-friendly attitude make him a wonderful addition to a variety of homes. He is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, dewormed, and microchipped, making him ready to join your family. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
