About Shae
Click apply to start the adoption process. Shae is a sweet young lass who may initially be a bit more tentative around new things than her brother, Simon, but she quickly warms up. She loves to sit on your lap and is eager to become your new best friend. As a young dog, Shae still needs to learn her puppy manners, but she shows so much promise and affection. Shae’s journey has not been easy. She and her brother, along with their father, were rescued from a neglectful situation where they faced starvation. Thanks to the care of an anonymous donor, Shae now has a bright future ahead and is looking for a loving home where she will be cherished. Shae is available for adoption through the SPCA of Northern Virginia. Please note, she is only available to residents of the DC metro area, including DC, Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties in MD, and Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties in VA.
