Estimated to be about 12 to 14 years old, Grumpy is a small Maltese mix weighing 12.5 pounds with a fluffy medium-length white and cream coat. He’s a gentle diabetic, and his daily insulin shots are no problem at all for him; he calmly accepts them with ease. He gets along beautifully with everyone he meets, including other animals, and is currently relaxing in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN.
