We’re so proud of the progress Calvin has made. We knew that taking on a skittish cat would be a process, but luckily we had the perfect foster home who gave him time and didn’t push him. At first he hid in the basement but now he lounges comfortably, snuggles with his dog foster sibling, sleeps in bed with the humans and even enjoys pets and purrs. He even went to the vet last week and the vet team said he did great! Calvin may be okay with cat savvy kids who know to give him space, are gentle and calm, and allow him to come to them. Calvin is also VERY dog and cat friendly, in fact a home with other pets to help his transition is a MUST, so if you have a house with other pets, he’d love to join you.
