Frankie is a boy that knows what he wants. He wants to follow you around and doesn't like too many other dogs to follow around with him. He does get a long with most of the dogs at the rescue, but too many in his face makes him anxious. He is a total cuddle bug that needs time to warm up to new people, but once he does, he'll be totally attached to you. Don't pass up this boy. He may have his quirks, but don't we all?
