Kenzie is a sweet 2-year-old terrier mix with a calm, easygoing nature and a smile that lights up. She’s a patient girl who walks beautifully on a leash and is always ready to get outside and explore the world with you. This smart pup already knows “sit,” keeps a clean kennel, and takes care of her business outside. She’s not fazed by barking dogs and would much rather focus on treats (which she loves) and enjoying your company. She has shown a lot of interest in being with the other dogs but introductions and interactions need to be slow. Unfortunately, it is apparent that Kenzie has been abused and certain objects and movements cause her to cower in fear. She will need a family that will love her and work to rebuild her confidence and self esteem. Kenzie is working on gaining a some much needed weight, but her gentle spirit and happy heart are already fully grown.
