Stella is a gentle, older soul who is finally ready for her forever place to land. Over the last couple of years, she's blossomed from a shy, timid girl into a confident, low-maintenance presenceâthough you'd better not ask her to cozy up with a vacuum cleaner. Sheâs lived just about everywhere: city apartments, quiet streets, homes with calm or reactive dogsâalways adapting and making herself at home. Stella is fully crate trained, housebroken, and knows her basic commands like sit, down, and stay. She absolutely loves curling up with a soft bed in her crate, or parading around with her favorite toyâsomething small she can gently carry, like her cherished âlambie.â She once cared for an egg for hours without breaking it, and the story fits: thereâs not a harsh bone in her body. Mostly, Stella just wants to be inside with her people, watching TV and sharing couch cuddles, or keeping you company in the kitchen. Sheâs a dog who bonds deeply and will wag so forcefully with joy when her trusted humans come home that youâll be drafted into the celebration. It takes her some time to warm upâFrench fries helpâa patience and calm are the keys. Sheâs wary of strangers, especially masculine-presenting people, and needs an advocate in new situations.
