About Jonz
Jonz has come a long way from his days at the North Central Animal Shelter. Once too fearful to come forward, he found his courage in a steady, calm foster home and now shows his affectionate side. At about 8 years old, this terrier mix weighs roughly 13 pounds and carries a striking mix of white, cream, and black in his medium coat. Jonz thrives around other dogs, holding his own during play and happily joining in when treats are involved. Toys and chew sessions earn his focus, but it’s the quieter, gentler moments that stand out—he blossoms when he feels safe and cared for. Jonz does not get along with cats and will need a feline-free home. He is described as sweet, treat-motivated, and eager for a fresh start with adopters ready to appreciate his mellow, loyal nature. If you’re hoping for a companion who will open up and grow with a bit of patience, Jonz is ready for the next chapter. Fun fact: born March 30, Jonz is an Aries, known for their resilience and independence. Give him the chance he’s waited for. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
