Rosie is a beautiful 7 yr. old petite Shih Tzu lady who weighs 11 lbs. She came into rescue from a breeding kennel and is learning what human love is. Rosie is wonderful with other dogs and cats, although timid when meeting new people. Playing with toys is one of her favorite things!
