Darby was found with her 3 kittens in the big freeze of 2021, a kind soul gave her shelter for a couple of months before they made their way to Shadow Cats. Her kittens were adopted out quickly and Darby made her home with us. Darby is a very sweet and gentle cat. She can be incredibly shy and skittish and is not fond of being picked up, but once she gets to know and trust someone she forms a strong bond. She loves chin scritches, soft beds, and her favorite toys are feather wand toys. Darby gets along fine with other cats but would not do well with dogs or children.
