Whew! Sweet pup Lumi made it out of the Greenville, SC, shelter with only an hour to spare! And he is so grateful to have a chance at a good life now. He finds joy in every day and manages to spread it around to his humans! He's a little shy when he first meets people but with a little TLC (and a few treats), he'll be eating out of your hand in no time! (No pun intended) And being around other dogs is his comfort zone. He loves other dogs and will engage with them until he does the "puppy crash"! On the physical side, Lumi is about 29 pounds, seven months old, neutered, fully vaccinated and heartworm negative-a very healthy boy here! And with some good coaching from his foster, Lumi has learned to be housebroken and crate trained--so he's now ready to be a great family addition! He's also a good companion in a vehicle in case you enjoy some company on your travels. We're still trying to figure out his breed, but suffice it to say that he's a wonderful blend of sweetness and playfulness with that happy zest for life that comes with puppyhood!
