About Rosie
Rosie is a 2 1/2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who landed in rescue after a tough start as a stray. She came in with serious skin issues—a yeast infection and major hair loss—likely the result of poor conditions, but she’s bounced back beautifully after treatment. Rosie weighs about 50 pounds and, despite her rocky past, is absurdly sweet and gentle with people. If you have another dog at home, a meet and greet will be needed to make sure everyone gets along. Rosie is heartworm negative, spayed, and up-to-date on vaccines. The rescue prioritizes matching each dog to the right home, so applying first doesn't guarantee adoption, and they may ask to see your space. Applicants need to be at least 21 years old. Rosie is in Sebring, FL and ready for a fresh start. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
