About Pippalexington Nc

Pippa is an 8-year-old Dalmatian in San Diego, CA who’s looking for a hospice foster. She’s had a tough life, having been passed around different homes, and right now she’s living in temporary foster care but has to be kept isolated since she does not get along with other dogs or cats. That’s wearing on her—she really dislikes the loneliness. Pippa is heartworm positive but has no symptoms and is on slow kill treatment. More concerning, she has mammary cancer that has unfortunately spread, so her time may be short. At the moment, Pippa feels good and is enjoying life: she loves to chase rabbits, squirrels, and chipmunks in the yard, keeping her nose active and exploring every scent. Afterward, she’s happiest curled up next to her people for a good snuggle on the couch. This girl is sweet, affectionate, quiet, gentle, and low-maintenance. Her ideal situation is as the only pet in a loving home where she can spend her remaining time soaking up attention and comfort. All veterinary care is sponsored by Save the Dals, so her foster just needs to give her care and kindness for whatever time she has left. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
