Loyal, Loving, and Ready for Her Person Melinda is a 41 lb Catahoula Leopard Dog mix with a heart of gold and the cleanest house manners you could ask for. She thrives on structure, loves having a routine, and is 100% potty and kennel trained. She’s also non-destructive, which makes her an easy girl to have around the home. When it comes to other dogs, Melinda is a bit of a selective socialite. She can be choosy with her friendships, but once she decides another pup is worthy of her circle, she bonds deeply. She tends to prefer male dogs closer to her own size — small dogs just aren’t her style. Cats and chickens are also not on her list of favorites, so she’ll need a home without them. Melinda loves toys but prefers to keep them to herself. Give her a few and she’ll happily entertain herself for hours. She’s working on her leash skills, enjoys a car ride, and absolutely shines when she’s with someone who keeps a steady schedule.
