The Life of the Party and the Queen of the Cuddle At 3 years old, Freckles is equal parts goofball, cuddlebug, and personal entertainer. She’s got a signature wiggle in her run, cat-like paws for quick turns, and a tail made for balance—but don’t let all that functional design fool you. This girl is here for fun. She loves to run, hop, spin, and throw herself dramatically into the grass like she just won the gold medal in backyard gymnastics. Turn on the water hose and watch the show—Freckles goes wild for it. She’ll chase the spray, leap through the mist, and make you laugh until your sides hurt. She’s always up for a game, always ready to jump into action, and always, always, full of personality. Freckles is smart as a whip and picks up on two-word cues quickly. She thrives when her mind is engaged and her people are near. She’s got plenty of energy for playtime, but once she’s had her fun? She settles beautifully inside. She’ll happily curl up at your feet or stretch herself across your lap like she’s a tiny lapdog (don’t bother telling her she’s not—she won’t believe you). Freckles is happiest when she knows she’s part of the family—whether that means helping with chores, lounging on the couch, or just being your sidekick from sunup to sundown. She is dog friendly and would do well with a pup sibling, or she’d love to be your one-and-only pet, soaking up all the love and attention you can offer. She’s endlessly entertaining, incredibly loving, and ready to fill your home with laughter and heart.
